Pure enjoyment

Traditional but different

Weingläser.jpeg

Stef Wieser's wine list focuses on regional and local wines that reflect the diversity of the Swiss wine landscape. Of course, the most important European wine-growing regions are also included. What would enjoyment be without Italian, French or Spanish wines?

The carefully selected drops allow guests to take a fascinating journey through the different terroirs and grape varieties, from vibrant to strong and sun-drenched wines.

Anyone who likes hard liquor will also get their money's worth with us. There is a nice selection of Swiss fine spirits available for you.

And at the end, of course, a nice cold Appenzeller beer shouldn't be missing - iIn this sense: Cheers!

Hirschen Zurich

Hello Neighbor

TIME FOR WINE!

from 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday till  Friday

Small but nice!

In our beautiful wine bar in the vaulted cellar or on the sunny roof terrace of the Hotel Hirschen in Niederdorf, we serve traditional, hearty Swiss dishes that bring back childhood memories.

For "G'hackets with Hörnli", pasties or boiled meat, you've come to the right place.
What you definitely shouldn't miss when visiting Stef is our house specialty Camembert rôti au four with fresh bread – mhhhh...

We attach great importance to using predominantly regional and high-quality Swiss products from sustainable production.

Hospitality is very important to us.

We warmly invite you to enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the Weinstube by Stef or on the sunny roof terrace with a glass of wine and a good meal by candlelight. Take a look at our small but fine menu to get a culinary insight.
