The well-known and award-winning restaurateur Stefan Wieser warmly welcomes you to his charming Weinstube by Stefs from February 2024. The vaulted cellar and the sunny roof terrace of the Hotel Hirschen in Niederdorf invite you to relax and unwind. The Weinstube is intended to be a place for young and old to meet for a glass of wine and have a cozy chat.

Stef – as everyone calls him – presents a fine selection of excellent wines from Switzerland and Europe as well as hearty dishes just like his grandmother's with shining eyes and full of commitment.

Our wine bar is not only a place for wine lovers, but also the official wedding venue of the city of Zurich. Here you have the opportunity to experience wine tastings and organize a wide variety of events - even exclusively for your very special occasions.

Our vaulted cellar offers space for around 50 guests, who are surrounded by historical flair in a charming ambience. The atmosphere is unique and creates the ideal setting for unforgettable moments. In addition, our cozy roof terrace with space for 32 guests invites you to enjoy the open air and let your gaze wander over Zurich's old town.
